There are many ways to get involved in helping the community; from the Tampa Heights Youth and Development and Community Center, Tampa Heights Community Garden, and the Tampa Heights Junior Civic Association, to name a few.

Volunteer Opportunities Include:

The Tampa Heights Community Garden was founded in the summer of 2011. We are growing fresh produce and we are growing a strong community. Members of the Tampa Heights Junior Civic Association have several gardens and participate in a youth gardening program provided by our partner, the Tampa Garden Club. There are over 80 individual 4×8 gardens and several larger communal gardens.
