About our Parks Morgan Street Park- Fernando Rodriguez Mesa Morgan Street Park The park adopted last year by Bank of America as one of their environment projects is what you would expect in a community like Tampa Heights. This history as we know it is that there was once a large home on this property and the last remaining family donated the property to be kept as a park for the Tampa Heights community. Gardner, Sr. Highland Avenue Park Today, the West side community of Tampa Heights knows it as one of our greatest assets. This park serves as the heartbeat of our community and will be will served garnishing the name of someone that lived each day for Tampa Heights.
